I agree to:

• Avoid causing any intentional damage or neglecting the property.
• Keep my room and shared spaces reasonably clean and tidy.
• Use appliances and utilities (water, electricity, heating, internet) responsibly to avoid waste or damage.
• Inform the landlord promptly if I notice any damage, safety issue, or maintenance problem.

I agree to:

• Respect local quiet hours and avoid loud noise, parties, or disturbances.
• Be considerate of neighbours in the building and surrounding area.
• Follow building rules (e.g. use of balconies, rubbish disposal, common areas).
• Avoid behaviour that could lead to complaints or intervention from building management or authorities.

I agree to:

• Pay rent and any agreed fees on time, according to the tenancy agreement.
• Understand the deposit terms and conditions, including what may be deducted (e.g. unpaid bills, damage beyond normal wear and tear).
• Keep proof of payments and communication related to rent and deposit.
• Not withhold rent or deliberately delay payment without discussing issues with the landlord.

I agree to:

• Communicate with landlords and housemates respectfully and honestly, even when there is a disagreement.
• Respond to important messages (about rent, repairs, inspections, etc.) within a reasonable time.
• Inform the landlord in advance if I plan to be away for an extended period.
• Discuss problems early before they escalate (noise issues, bills, shared responsibilities, etc.).

I agree to:

• Follow agreed house rules on cleaning, guests, smoking, pets, and use of shared spaces.
• Respect the privacy and belongings of housemates.
• Share responsibilities for cleaning common areas according to any agreed schedule.
• Discuss shared expenses (e.g. internet, cleaning products) clearly and fairly.

I agree to:

• Respect any limits on guests set by the landlord and housemates.
• Not host overnight guests or parties if they are not allowed, or if they make others uncomfortable.
• Ensure that any guests I invite behave respectfully and do not damage the property or disturb neighbours.
• Take responsibility if my guests cause damage or trouble.

I agree to:

• Follow safety instructions for heating, gas, electrical devices, and building facilities.
• Not engage in illegal activities on the property (including drug use, violence, or harassment).
• Not sublet the room or bring in additional occupants without the landlord's written consent.
• Respect immigration and local residency rules in the host country.

I agree to:

• Document the condition of the property at move-in (photos/videos) and share any issues with the landlord early.
• Return the property in a reasonably clean and similar condition at move-out, except for normal wear and tear.
• Remove all personal belongings and rubbish before leaving.
• Cooperate with reasonable inspection requests at the end of the tenancy.
